Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that on 15-02-2018, I have registered above named trust at the office of Deputy Registrar SADAR PANCHAM Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India at registration no. 67 of 2018. As per clause 2 of this trust deed, on 03-03-2018 Trustee,  has decided to change registered office of the trust and likewise by an explicit written order of trustee, it has been changed to 102,Narayan Tower, Near Thana Talkatora, F Block, Rajajipuram,Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh, India,Pin Code-226017.
